Sarah Paulette helped us resolve an issue with an inspection of our condo’s sprinkler system. We were being charged $185, and also a $25 late fee. After sending her some photos of me communicating with a coworker and my supervisor, she was able to stop the charges. Very quick responses, very professional, polite, and understanding. I had an incident occur yesterday regarding my kids and Management was called as we were being accused of trespassing. Monique answered and was very professional, helpful, & kind. She confirmed that we indeed live where we do and reassured other residents that we were okay to be there. She has also been in contact with me to ensure I get my cabana card replaced so we don't run into this again. Thank you again, Monique, for being so helpful and polite. Excellent customer service!

Lynnea has been great to work with on the South Garden Court project. I'm a contractor and she has been very timely, communicative, and professional throughout the project. As a contractor working mainly on insurance-related repairs with various property management companies, I have had experiences where a property manager can negatively impact the repair process, which can cause delays in the project.
